General Shipping Information
Once payment has been confirmed and received, it will take 1-3 business days to prepare the artwork for shipment. In case payment is on hold, we will ask for it to be released within two days. If payment is not received within this time frame, your order will be cancelled.
Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, parcel handling, weather conditions or other circumstances.
Delivery Times
1.-For shipments within the Mexican Republic, shipping may take from 1 to 2 weeks.
2.- For international shipments, shipping may take from 2 to 4 weeks.
Tracking Number
Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. This will allow you to receive information from the courier about the shipping process.
International Shipping Taxes and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes and duties, depending on the regulations and laws of each country. Paying these taxes and duties is the buyer's responsibility. We suggest that you research and study the laws and regulations of your location to avoid delays or retention of your package.
My package arrived damaged
In case your package is lost or arrives damaged, you can send an email to atencion@helenagodina.com with your name, order number, description and photo of the damage so we can reach an agreement on refunds or exchanges.
